The comic strip “Karl der Köter” is published six times a year in the Linz street newspaper KUPFERMUCKN.
Based on the dog living on the street – the street dog – the character “Karl” was created, who experiences one or two little adventures as a synonym for a homeless person. He takes a critical look at the social issues surrounding poverty and homelessness.
